I'm one of the few Aussies that frequent this site. I'm 29 and work in the lovely world of I.T. specializing in Logistics software. The company I'm contracted to actually provides some of the steel for the cars being built at Toyota/Ford/Holden in South Australia, so I always get a warm fuzzy feeling whenever I see one of those shipments in the system.
I bleed Holden and I've owned 3 VE Commodores and one VF over the past 5 years.

Welcome, fellow IT professional! Do the cat5s go in opposite order down there? (brown, brown/white, green, blue/white etc etc...)

G'day mate. That's a mighty fine 'roo you've got there, but isn't rather dangerous to give a kangaroo beer? What if he gets in a fightin' mood? I've heard them buggers packs quite a punch.

If a 'roo wants a beer, you get the 'roo a beer.

Roos aren't picky in their choice of beer. I have fed one Toohey's New before, that was a fun afternoon.

How's the new Commodore so far? I remember you posting pics of it a few months back.

Loving it. The VE was a bit spartan, the VF has all the cool little doodads that all the euro cars have so it feels like it can actually compete in that market now. I've been driving it around in competitive mode the last few days, which has stiffened up the steering and suspension so it feels great to drive.
My only niggle is a rattle in one of the passenger windows, I had the same thing in one of the VEs, which I'll get it fixed next service.
I've gotten lazy and not finished my write up, I'll hit 2000 km this weekend (3 months ownership, yeah I'm horrible and hardly driving), and I'll get cracking on it.

I test-drove the export version a few weeks back here in the states. It's absolutely fantastic!
